Learn to Skate Programs
All Learn to Skate programs are taught by certified NCCP Professional Coaches and assisted by certified Program Assistants. Learn to Skate programs are taught in a group lesson format. HELMETS are mandatory in all of the Learn to Skate Programs.

Pre – School – ages 3 – 5
The Pre-School program is an 8 week Learn to Skate program.
Tuesday class starts Oct 7th 4:00 pm – 4:30 pm McArthur Island Sports Centre
Wednesday class starts Oct 8th 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm McArthur Island Sports Centre
Cost for Program $114.00 ( includes Skate Canada Fee )

CanSkate – ages 5 – 12
The CanSkate program is a 10 week or 20 week Learn to Skate program. Skaters work at their own level and progress through the Skate Canada Badge system at their own pace.
Tuesday class starts Sept 30th 4:30 pm – 5:15 pm McArthur Island Sports Centre
Wednesday class starts Oct 1st 6:30 pm – 7:15 pm McArthur Island Sports Centre
Cost for 10 week Program $ 184.00 ( includes Skate Canada Fee)
Cost for 20 week Program $ 290.00 ( includes Skate Canada Fee)
Cost for 20 weeks – twice/week $ 480.00 (includes Skate Canada Fee)

Pre-Preliminary Program – Advanced CanSkate Program
Pre-Preliminary Program prepares the skater for advancing into the StarSkater program.
Tuesday class starts Sept. 30th 4:45 pm – 5:45 pm McArthur Island Sports Centre
Cost for 20 week program $ 334.00 (includes Skate Canada Fee)

Adult / Teen
8 week Learn to Skate program, teaches the basic skating skills.
Tuesday class starts Oct 7th 6:00 pm – 6:30 pm
Cost for 8 week program $114.00 ( includes Skate Canada Fee )

StarSkaters ( Test & Competitive)
Season starts September 2th to April 24th 2008
